Front Range Sport Horses is the hard-earned dream of Owner/Breeder, Alex Heimann. Realized in 2014 with the birth of first home-bred Holsteiner, Captain Oats (Cunningham x Zimplicity), Alex began to manifest her goal of having a breeding program.

Alex created this boutique breeding business with a vision for improving the contemporary warmblood using the outstanding foundation mares, Zimplicity (Secret Agent x Grenache) and Golden Girl (Don Gregory x Gabrice). Putting only a few babies on the ground each year, Alex is very selective about the stallions with whom she chooses to cross.

Front Range Sport Horses welcomed two stunning foals in 2021, Odyssey FR (Cosmeo x Zimplicity) and Certainly FR (Carry On MF x Golden Girl). 2022 brought a stunning filly by Carrico and out of Golden Girl who Alex proudly named Princess Sparkle!
